This award marked a major milestone, our very first win. Little did we know it would be the start of an incredible journey, leading to three more awards, including a second for marketing excellence later in the year.
Winning Best Use of Social Media at the PQ Awards recognised how we’ve used digital platforms to shift perceptions of accounting, making it more relatable, engaging, and accessible. From behind-the-scenes moments to professional advice and community impact, our content speaks to a younger, global audience, with 85% of engagement coming from people aged 34 and under.
This early recognition validated the work we’d been doing to grow Bee Motion beyond the traditional, showing that even a small firm can make a big impact by staying authentic and value-driven.

Stockport Business Awards

We were honoured to be recognised for our in-house marketing at the Stockport Business Awards.
With over 20 million social media engagements and over 30 million views, we’re proud to be the most viewed accounting firm globally. Our marketing challenges outdated industry stereotypes, combining relatable office content with practical insights and career advice, reaching a young, global audience.
Our strategy is more than numbers. It’s helped attract talent (75% of work experience candidates first found us through social media), support charitable campaigns, and promote diversity and inclusion.
This award celebrates a campaign built on values and the belief that accounting can be both meaningful and human.

Accounting Excellence Awards

We were proud to receive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award at the 2024 Accounting Excellence Awards, recognising our commitment to making the profession more accessible and inclusive.
Since 2015, we’ve supported over 40 young people per year from a wide range of backgrounds including those with additional needs, through apprenticeships, work experience, and outreach with schools across Manchester, Derbyshire, and Cheshire.
As a disability-confident employer, we continue to adapt and grow our internal practices to support neurodiverse team members and create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
This award highlights our ongoing mission to open doors and create real opportunity within the accounting industry.
