Bee Motion regularly attends local school and college career events across the Northwest, helping students explore careers in accountancy. These events give young people the opportunity to ask questions and learn about apprenticeships.

 

Alongside this outreach, we run a structured work experience programme at our Stockport office. Over 30 students join us each year, gaining hands-on insight into the accounting world. They take part in real tasks, from learning software and bookkeeping basics to observing day-to-day operations.

 

Work experience helps students build confidence, understand the profession, and discover whether a career in accounting is right for them. Many move on to further study or apprenticeships, and some have returned to Bee Motion to begin their careers with us.

 

Our vision is simple: to educate future talent on the many routes into the industry and give them a genuine understanding of how potential careers progression.
