Bee Motion Accounting Limited – Refer a Friend Scheme Terms & Conditions

1.Eligibility

This promotion is open exclusively to existing clients of Bee Motion Accounting Limited ("Bee Motion") who hold an active and ongoing Letter of Engagement with the firm at the time of making the referral.

2.Qualifying Referrals

This scheme applies only to new client referrals made on or after 12th August 2025. Referrals made prior to this date will not qualify for the promotional credit.

3.Referral Credit

Both the Referrer (the existing client) and the Referee (the newly referred client) shall each receive a £50.00 (inc VAT) account credit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Referee must complete the onboarding process and formally engage Bee Motion’s services by signing a valid Letter of Engagement.

• The Referee must proceed beyond any initial consultation; should the Referee not engage Bee Motion’s services, no credit will be awarded.

• Referral credits will be applied within 30 calendar days of the Referee entering into a signed Letter of Engagement with Bee Motion.​

4.Application of Credit

• The credit will be applied to the account and can only be offset against future invoices raised after the referral date.

• Credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-transferable to any other person or entity.

• Where the Referrer maintains more than one active engagement with Bee Motion, only one credit will be awarded per successful referral, and the Referrer must nominate in writing which account should receive the credit.

• There is no maximum limit to the number of referrals a client may make; a credit will be issued for each successful referral, provided all qualifying conditions are met.​

5.Disengagement and Unused Credit

Should either the Referrer or Referee disengage from Bee Motion before fully utilising the promotional credit, any remaining credit balance shall be forfeited. Unused credit will not be refunded or otherwise reimbursed upon termination of services.

6.Referral Confirmation Requirements

To qualify for the promotional credit:

• Written confirmation of the referral must be received from both the Referrer and the Referee within five (5) working days of the Referee’s formal engagement.

• Failure to provide timely written confirmation will result in disqualification from the promotion.

7.General Terms

• Bee Motion reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and to reject any claim that does not meet the stated criteria.

• This promotion may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at Bee Motion’s discretion, without prior notice.

• Promotional credits will not be applied retrospectively under any circumstances.
